Dr. Sidwell was born and raised in Modesto, California in the San Joaquin Valley. He attended Brigham Young University (BYU) where he earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Geology and a minor in Business. Dr. Sidwell earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco.
Dr. Sidwell gained Spanish fluency while serving as a missionary in Venezuela for two years. He is skilled in Spanish dental terminology and has several years of experience serving Spanish-speaking patients in the dental chair. Dr. Sidwell also is certified in
Dr. Sidwell enjoys all aspects of dentistry, but the most important thing to him is making sure that each patient has a five-star experience while at the dental office and that he or she feels that a positive difference has been made in their dental health.
In his spare time, Dr. Sidwell likes exploring the outdoors with his wife and two children. Dr. Sidwell also enjoys cycling and has competed in many 100-mile century events, races, and most recently, olympic-distance triathlons. Being active and healthy has always been very important to him and it shows in his energy for life, for his family, and for his career in dentistry.
